No system existed when enterprise clients came on. I built one from scratch: 150+ components with tokens and docs.

8 Products

Eight products that each looked different, brought under one consistent language across the whole suite.

36 User Interviews

Admins abandoned SSO setup halfway. 36 interviews traced it to information overload, not difficulty.

3 Weeks → 4 Days Handoff time

Design-to-engineering handoff ran about three weeks. Reusable components cut it to roughly four.
